I did ask but was assured it was def its own species, like i said the only thing that has me erring on the side of caution is the CJB, african plants database.James Cnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-927570948560397977.post-70548009630306233212015-01-30T13:50:56.026-05:002015-01-30T13:50:56.026-05:00Growing any Angraecoid is an experience, especiall...Growing any Angraecoid is an experience, especially one that has been newly discovered or classified. I am presently growing Jumellea comorensis, Jumellea arachnantha and Jumellea walleri. They have grown like weeds; very fast and flower nicely. Your advantage in growing Jumellea facilorchis or stenoglossa is the fact that they are still in the Southern Hemisphere and need very little in transition. I am going to look more deeply into Jumellea facilorchis and let you know if I find anything else. Have you tried contacting any on your end? Keep me informed.tomk10https://www.blogger.com/profile/11657185515438733373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-927570948560397977.post-2306869993753397962015-01-29T21:35:27.288-05:002015-01-29T21:35:27.288-05:00In Australia!

A recently discovered species, it has been noted in a handful of databases and accepted as its own species......with the exception of CJB, african plants database which lists it as a syn. of Jumellea stenoglossa. So which is correct? It's not as if i'd be dissapointed either way as I'm sure it would be a rarity, irrespective of its correct name, in a private collection, but I like to have accuracy in my naming and tags.

CheersJames Cnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-927570948560397977.post-91877121731537719822015-01-29T12:36:36.547-05:002015-01-29T12:36:36.547-05:00You sure can James... hope I can help you!
